Ingredients:
- aprox. 230 g whole grain flour
- 150 ml plant milk
- 9 tbsp fizzy water
- at least 50g agave syrup
- 2 bananas
- 9 dried plums
- 6 dates ( neglet noor )
- 2 tbsps oats
- 2 tsps peanutbutter8
- 8 g of baking powder ( half a package )
- a pinch of salt
- optional: cocoa powder + cocoa nibs for chocolate muffins
How to:
1. mash the bananas into the agave syrup
2. mix the flour, the plant milk, agave syrup, baking powder, peanut butter, oats, (cocoa powder , cocoa nibs), water and salt for the dough
3. cut the dried plums and dates into very small pieces
4. put the dough into muffin trays ( till half of it is full ), then add some of the chopped dates and plums and fill it up
5. bake it on 180° for aprox 30 mins ( just till they are ready )
