chocolate cream cake

You think it's impossible to make an amazing chocolate cream cake without animal products? Well, you're obviously wrong, because it's very easy and this recipe might even be better than the ones you've tried so far! 




Ingredients:


dough:
  • 175g sugar
  • 250mls water
  • 6 tbsps oil
  • 4tsps baking powder
  • 2 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 225 g flour
filling:
  • 500 mls vegan whippable soy cream
  • 2 bars of vegan chocolate 
  • maybe some whipping cream stiffener


How to make it:


1. add all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl and blend untill they become a smooth dough

2. add baking paper to your baking pan and also grease it if you want to be safe ;)

3. add in the dough

4. bake for 20-25 minutes on 180° celsius

5. let the cake cool down and cut it into 2 halves

6. melt 1-2 bars of chocolate, depending on how chocolatey you like it

7. add your soy cream into a bowl

8. whip with whipping cream stiffener

9. add the chocolate and stir it in

10. it's best if you put it into the fridge for 1 hour 

11. add about 1/3 - 1/2 of the cream onto the first half

12. put the 2nd half on top and add the rest

13. make sure to spread the cream equally and don't forget to cover the sides as well

14. add decorations of your choice
